Please be sure to check and/or measure the size and check color of the item before purchasing as all items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Customized items are made custom to size/design and cannot be changed/exchanged.
We are not responsible for any packages that are damaged by shipping carriers. We pride ourselves in ensuring all items are packaged well and securely.
Faulty Items
If in any event an item arrives faulty/damaged please contact us within 7 days of the item arriving. Please email support@dvpesoul.com with subject line “faulty" along with your order number and photo evidence, failing to do so after this time will void the dispute. If the dispute is accepted, you are responsible to pay for shipping costs. We take into consideration every dispute and deal with each on a "case by case" basis.
Lost/Undelivered
In the event that your item has not been received within the time frame from dispatch date, please contact the shipping carrier and email us at support@dvpesoul.com with your order number and details.
